In most cases the day after they pitch in a game, they are warming up for today’s game.You coaches in HS or college...what do you do with your main and sometimes only pitcher on days after games where she throws 100-120 pitches and you play 2 days later....rest, easy throwing, yoga, etc? Suggestions please...thanks
