It's more of a symmetrical thing. Allows both sides of the body to work together in an ubducting action. It's a more powerful motion to bring in both arms at the same time. I don't know enough about biometrics to tell you if it would help with speed or not. But I do know a lot of the best pitchers in the world utilize it.Thanks, as for the glove. She use to swim a lot, so her PC had her do the drill where she points the glove at the target. She actually liked it, so the PC said as she should just keep her glove up. I thought it was strange. What does she lose by not bringing the glove down?
