What's the general consensus of Antonelli? I've watched a few videos just now and I like what I see, but I'm no expert. More importantly, I think he explains very well.

Here is an example.

PLEASE NO! I can barely keep up with DFP and the Book of Faces, let alone figuring out Tweeter, ChatSnap or InstaChatter!

Oh... sorry, #makeitallstop

I've watched a lot of them. Like the barrel to the ball demo, and he has good info in his fielding videos as well. I agree - he does a good job of explaining things. Even his "early" stuff (I think he made these when he was still playing) are pretty solid. Surprised there isn't a sticky already for "DFP-approved non-DFP Instructional Videos". :) But not nearly as fun as looking through the "Hitting Hall of Shame".

2. May as well try and make this relevant to the OP (CBullard) - for sequence - I've used Justin Stone's "Feet Together, Step & Swing" drill - I probably need to use it more consistently. He also has one ("Continuous Pinch Drill"?) where IIRC, it's more of a progression - step, then step and engage (turn?) the hips/legs, then (I think) on to a full swing. May not be sequence-specific, I believe the purpose was using the scap to create resistance, and feel separation. Which I guess could be the same as encouraging a proper sequence?

3. CB - In one of your replies to ST, you referenced a Lauren Chamberlain video, but I'm only seeing LH hitters. I'm assuming the video was posted and then removed - just making sure I'm not missing something.

4. Pattar - re: FP26's link to the #SundaySwings - if you haven't already seen it - scroll down a few to Killebrew (posted on 11/19) - it's cut off a little, but he seems to use a similar "sideways" foot action as your daughter. If nothing else, it gives you a new response next time a coach or parent points it out - "She's channeling her inner Killebrew". Could be worth it just for the looks you'll get.

Thanks. I'll have a look. To be honest I don't even know how she can do that..being 8 and ultra flexibles helps I guess. When I try and get in that position it feels like I am going to tear something...
