Hey! I've met Travis before...
When/how do you make the 'fine' adjustment/adjustments to the ball after launch. I don't believe the hands are along for the ride.and after the initial launch of the barrel rearward by the hands they don't do anything else after that other than hold on the bat...the speeding barrel which is now on autopilot mode takes them for a ride.

Do you 'direct' the hands before launch? I believe the eyes/brain give the initial directions up until launch.
During this drill/gif it seems the direction of the hands are coming at the pause. As you begin the look at the tee it seems the hands are lowered. I also would like to see the body going 'out from' with the bat/barrel. That to me might help improve this example of the SNF. Again JMHO.
Good for you. I gave MHO. I started swinging again, 7 years ago if that's suppose to make more of a difference. Sorry to have asked question and giving advice. I should have just said nice demo.I stopped guessing and started swinging 2yrs ago.
