Why the palm up and wrist-cocking when the ball is over her head? Further, in a discussion I started awhile back seeking help with DD's pitching, I was told that the elbow shouldn't be as bent when the ball is overhead.

Does anyone have the full video of Hillhouse throwing the cut drop ball? Would like to add that to my library. Thanks

I do recall a post showing Bill pitching. He pitches an inside drop that cuts in about 2 or 3 balls.... but that video is at least from 6 months ago.
