Went ahead and edited my last post...can of worms open i do not want...
Please help with this. important or not? Am i missing something?

You have to hit the bag as hard as you can to win your daughter the stuffed bear she wants.
So stand up, you are going to right cross the bag hard. Left shoulder is toward the bag. Cock your fist back in it's most powerful loaded position. Is your right elbow up? Did you load your right shoulder blade toward your spine? That is SCAP LOAD.
Now slow motion right cross on the bag...still pretending you are blasting it hard...got to use your lower half to really hit it hard right? Now does your fist and right arm throw forward at the very beginning of the punch? Or does your right arm stay loaded for awhile while your body turns it toward the bag? That is SCAP PINCH.
Now while you were throwing the punch, did your lower half start turning first and pulling on the upper half that is still loaded. That is OVERLAP.
