Getting "turn the barrel" to stick

we are looking for something that i can show her for her grip...i can explain it all day, but she want to see. where the bat lays in the fingers.

You have to hit the bag as hard as you can to win your daughter the stuffed bear she wants.

So stand up, you are going to right cross the bag hard. Left shoulder is toward the bag. Cock your fist back in it's most powerful loaded position. Is your right elbow up? Did you load your right shoulder blade toward your spine? That is SCAP LOAD.
Now slow motion right cross on the bag...still pretending you are blasting it hard...got to use your lower half to really hit it hard right? Now does your fist and right arm throw forward at the very beginning of the punch? Or does your right arm stay loaded for awhile while your body turns it toward the bag? That is SCAP PINCH.
Now while you were throwing the punch, did your lower half start turning first and pulling on the upper half that is still loaded. That is OVERLAP.
Justin has a 10 minute video on doing it in the members area. I think it is still $1 for the first month.

I believe soon as you see the elbow move rearward? This punch was more of a round house. If Mayweather would have really 'loaded the scap'. I think he would have knocked his head off.

Your premise is wrong. A guy who's loading his scap is going to get tagged. A guy who's scap GETS loaded will do the tagging. Active vs. Reactive.
