Easy...

Line up some girls at 3B. Put a couple of girls at 1B. The rest bat.

The batters throw their gloves toward 1B. I pitch. Girl bunts. Girl at 3B fields and throws to 1B. Girl who fielded goes to bat. Batter goes to 1B. Girl who caught ball at 1B goes to 3B.

Great drill...

I'm right here.
I would do one of three things

1. Ask the kids what they honestly feel the team as a whole needs to work on…and do a drill that will help that area.

Or

2. THROWING drills…

Or

3. BASERUNNING drills

Probably the two most under practices skills I see around the parks…IMHO

Play a game of war. separate them into two teams. One team lines up between 2nd and 3rd. One team between first and second. Hit grounders to them. if a grounder gets to the grass then that team loses a player. continue until one side wins. Keeps em loose but gets em into the mindset of trying to win at something.

I would do a type of star drill in the infield to start.
C->2nd->3rd->1st->ss->C->ss->1st->3rd->2nd->C
Then I would put them on all 4 bases, they would throw clockwise and follow the throw.
You can get a serious sweat going in 20 minutes.

Throwing drills. 4 corners with a tag both directions.then Star drill with 2 balls. 2 kids at each position.

Now you got me thinking. Pregame warmup like college teams. Half in CF with a coach hitting. Half in IF with coach hitting. corners up close middle infielders deeper.
