The bat slayer strikes again

DD snapped her 33/24 one-piece this weekend. That's the third one-piece she's broken in a timespan of approx a year and a half. The first two were replaced for no charge--I'm keeping my fingers crossed on this one. Good grief!

Nah, I think it's that pale aggregate mix they use because it drains well.

Yes, basically. They're breaking at the handle. One broke under the wrapping. The other two have broken above it.

Could be. When I've noticed, I usually see her taking inside pitches to left, but it's possible she has gotten behind a few and hit them off the handle. The last contact off that bat was a fairly weak infield ground ball, which is not normal for her, but I don't know if that was due to the bat breaking or a hit off the handle or both.
