I'll post a video of Ueno, but the leg movement is not part of her follow through. She stops her body with her left leg, pauses, and then squares into fielding position. There are a couple of slow motion videos of her showing what she does.

Thanks - I see now. In the Men's video above, I can see that the leg comes around at the same time - different from what Ueno does.

Here is a video of male pitchers from 2009. I think there is one or two that use the "step forward after throwing". The big gun is Adam Folkard (at around 1:22). He is about the best there is, and he does the same thing--firm left leg.

I've noticed the men tend to fall more toward their throwing arm. I think it has something to do with the hop they use.
