This is a HS pic. She is now a freshman starting ss for U of Michigan. I saw her yesterday for first time...3 for 3 with 2 hr...has 10 hr for the season. I like it.

Romero finished 3 games against Purdue 7 for 7 with 3 HR plus 5 walks. Nice start to Big10 career.

Saw Romero again this weekend against OSU. She was 6 for 9 with HR, 2b and 2 bb. She has as much power for her size as anyone I've seen...really like her back leg leg and hip. This is a rope single.

Saw her on btn twice last week. Wow, great sudden hitter. Announcers keep talking about "her hands are so fast."

After yesterday she had 58rbi, 8 dbls, 2 triples, and 19! Yes 19 homeruns!

Vs msu she had grandslams 2 games in a row!
