Here's a question. The batter is clearly sacrifice bunting, but gets on base. It's still scored as a SAC and not a hit, correct?

It's a hit (assuming it's not a fielder's choice or reached on error).
Sac hit is an official stat. Sac hit = sac bunt. If you look at Baseball-reference, you'll see stats for SH and SF (sac hits, sac flies).

Next question is same slapper drops a soft slap in 5/6 hole and legs it out, SS throws ball any way(batter would have beat a perfect throw) and throws it away, batter then advances one or two bases. It should be scored a single and a one or two base error on throw right. Not a reached base on error.

Once upon a time, NCAA scoring rules awarded sac's for slaps if the batter modified their swing or motion. There are still relics of the old rules in the scorebook and stats manual, so don't be misled by them. Here is the guideline from the actual rules:

If the running slapper clearly shows the intent to advance a base runner by bunting, credit a sacrifice. If the running slapper slaps or swings, charge an at-bat, even if a base runner advances.

SF's are also credited if the the ball is not caught due to an error and the runner would have scored if it was caught.
Personally I hate the SAC Fly rule... Case in point. Less than 2 outs, R1 on 2B. RH Batter hits the ball to the opposite field deep enough to allow R1 to tag and advance to 3B... yet the batter gets nothing but a F9 out... lol
No...assuming the out is made at 1B, it's an out, and nothing more. A fielder's choice is when a runner already on is put out instead of runner going to 1B.
