Mike, what mini sd card do you use with your gopro? I am having a lot of trouble with freezing. I think it might be the card. I am using a Sandisk 64 Extreme. I might need the Sandisk 64 Extreme Ultra. Any ideas?

We highly recommend the Extreme Plus cards. They are one of the few devices that can keep up with the Bitrate required to transfer high quality data:

I would also ask if you use WiFi? If so, and you are having frequent issues, would you be willing to turn it off for a weekend of recording and see if it resolves the issue? I'm not really a betting man. But if I were, I would bet copious amounts of bubble gum that it resolves the issue.

*Cameras above need a speed rating minimum of Class 10. The HERO camera supports up to a 32GB card, all others up to 64GB.
Some of these cards are offered in the GoPro online store. You can view these SD cards in the Accessories section of the GoPro online store: http://shop.gopro.com/accessories
For the best results we recommend formatting your microSD card regularly, for instructions on how to do this, check out this article.
Additional Information:
• HERO3: Silver Edition Camera requires a Class 10 MicroSD card up to 64 GB.
• HERO3: White Edition Camera requires a Class 10 MicroSD card up to 64 GB.
• HD HERO2 Camera requires a Class 10 SD card up to 32 GB.
• HD HERO Original & HD HERO 960 Cameras require a Class 4 SD card up to

I called gopro and the tech guy I spoke to told me that he recommended that I do an update on the camera from their website. He felt strongly the that would probably solve my problem. I have not updated since I got the camera a year ago. I will try it when I get home tonight. He also mention that if u switch cards from camera to camera that it is a good idea to reformat the card. Of course, make sure it is empty.
I will post and let u know what happens.

Thanks Josh for all your input.

96. I agree she is awesome. Great job of the videos.
