I have no idea what "loading style of hitting" means. Do you have any video clips you could share that are an example of what this means to you?

Yeah I am not completely sure either. Are you talking about "the load" negative pre-swing movement of the weight onto the back foot?

I thought all styles did that, does your daughter currently stand centered and just push forward?

Loading is part of the kinetic chain. MANY things happen in sequence, to create the HLS. Loading to me, would be creating "tension' in the proper place, at the proper time.

Lots of different areas become "loaded" "tensions created" at different times. To Understand "whip" and how even "whip" is created in the different locations is crucial.
