Riseball it sounds painful. Hopefully she will be 100% by spring time. As Tommy John says, don't rush back. Healing time is important.

Went to the Ortho yesterday and is shutdown for 2-3 weeks so she is done for the fall which ends on Saturday. The same thing happened about 4 years ago so she knows what she needs to do. Is not happy about the possibility of pitching in soft brace in the spring so wants to get in the gym ASAP, get strong and start throwing.
