I'm guessing that odds are this mom will not abide by your rule. At least that has been my experience. This is why you almost have to pick players according to parents, but that's hard to do.

You are right, it is hard to do. Girl is a good kid, wants to learn and get better. The mom is the one that is always taking it to the next level as to her kid not starting and or getting enough playing time. We will try to handle this at the right time and place. Have to remind and make it clear to the mom that not abiding by these rules will lead to decreased playing time and eventual removal from the team without refund. See if she gets the big picture.
