We set a minimum, you can buy out or whatever you want. On top of the minimum it went to you fees.

Over the years, we only had one team that did fundraising. Poinsettias and SuperBowl Squares. The last 4 years, the program DD was in made it affordable and didn't focus on shiny new uniforms every year and didn't travel in the fall.

We have never fundraised but there have been options to fundraise to cover your direct cost.

I would think the point is, I have no interest in fund raising and you fund raise $5000, we shouldn't both benifit the same no matter where it is going.
Ah, the only open ended fundraising that we've had was to cover costs for the team. There were incentives like most golf ball sales would get a gift card or 50% of anything more than the minimum raised would be allocated to HS sports fee, etc.

All of our fundraisers have been, "you're responsible for $XXX" Buy it out yourself, sell it to others, makes no matter. Everyone contributes equally so less likely to cause drama on where the funds were spent.
