Getting a glove

It is fine. The size of the glove is not as important in softball, as it is in baseball. I would never wear less than a 13 inch glove in softball. (The ball itself is 12 inches.) The glove you have posted looks excellent. I like the pocket. Make sure that you keep a ball in the pocket and it will help break it in. You can tie the glove shut around it with rubber bands. You will find that the glove is hinged and will have a point where it naturally closes. Make sure that is where you are closing it. Good luck!
