And, here's my pitcher "M" executing it. M, who has had issues with timing due to lazy feet, has greatly benefited from this drill. I wish I could take some of that energy in your pitcher and put it in M. But I think your pitcher could benefit from taking some of the calmer approach from M.
This has been excellent feedback, thank you!
That arm circle getting out of line has been a chronic problem for her- at least when she finds out, she knows how to correct, or at least how to work on corrections.
that walk thru drill is different than what she's been doing and I can see it being more beneficial in terms of straightening out that arm circle!
I hope I will be able to post another video soon after corrections are incorporated.
not sure how far it would be for you, but I would consider Planet Fastpitch in Uxbridge, MA- it is a great facility, excellent coaches- Denise Davis is wonderful and highly motivating. Their instruction is in-line with what is recommended on this site, no HE. Planet Fastpitch | Champions Train Here
Thanks MandM- that was farther than I had planned to go for weekly instruction - driving an hour for a 1hr lesson seems like it might be tough but someone else had mentioned that and it may be the only solution
