1. Her hips need to start the rotation before her hands
fix... stretch and fire uncoiling drills
2. Back elbow gets in front of her hands
fix... reverse top hand drills
3. Not enough weight transfer
fix... happy gillmore drills
These three simple drills will have a dramatic effect on her swing. Master these techniques before moving into heavy ball drills.
