Already on the IR bit. Are you saying she is closing a little late ?Check out the position of her torso relative to her right knee at 9 and release. She is "too far forward". I've attached shots of Finch and Osterman. Note the position of their torsos and compare those to your DD's.
She is leaping, which is an IP. The leap seems to be related to her torso going forward. When she lands on her left foot after the leap, her shoulders go forward.
It isn't too bad...but she is pretty close. So, you might as well fix it.
I'm not real crazy about her wrist action at release. She is got about 50% IR. She releases the ball, and her wrist rotates, but she finishes in a handshake instead of finishing with the palm down.
This is a video of Abbott. Go to 36 seconds and watch her release. You'll see her hand rotate until the palm of her throwing hand is down.

She is landing close to 45 degrees .(hard to tell in video)Would it be better to land more or less than 45degrees ?Hal, how do we go about changing her push off?She is not pushing off. This is a step style. The quickness and length of the stride is carrying her forward, not from a pushoff from her pivot leg.
She also appears to be landing with the stride foot at 90 degrees or very close to it, change that to 45 degrees and get little bend in the stride knee at landing foot touchdown and she will feel more comfortable. She probably does not right now.
