rd, what you are showing is a quarter turn of the barrel. That I can agree with. But this " back of the hand " to the pitcher and the guys with the balls taped on the bat and turning the barrel 3/4 turns of better is crazy. The ball on the bat faces the pitcher and it gets turned all the way to the target...that's a 3/4 turn or half turn. That just doesn't happen!

Here we go again. The narrator says Josh, "fires his wrists" . Now the thing is JD does not say this. "fires his wrists" implies a forced movement, While "release' does not.

I interpreted the narrator to suggest that he sees the wrists being fired in the last frame of a five frame swing ... "firing his wrists just 29msec before contact with the ball". He didn't get into the energy flow process and how the wrists become acted upon.

Ya, my point being i wish JD could , or Tewks could comment on "firing the wrists". This phase, suggests that nothing happens then it does. Release suggests, something happens then it doesn't.
