Here we go again. The narrator says Josh, "fires his wrists" . Now the thing is JD does not say this. "fires his wrists" implies a forced movement, While "release' does not.
I interpreted the narrator to suggest that he sees the wrists being fired in the last frame of a five frame swing ... "firing his wrists just 29msec before contact with the ball". He didn't get into the energy flow process and how the wrists become acted upon.
