My daughter attended there Winter "holiday" camp, she came back with a lot of improvement on a couple things she struggled with from a mechanics stand point. Great Camp and also the Myers are great people. My daughter said don't sleep on Lexi Davis!!! I told her if they make it to the WCWS we'll go again this yr....

The scary part about that HR is the pitcher hit her spot and it looks like a good pitch and Kasey still hit it out!

Yeah I agree. Was watching it live, and thought the same thing. I will say the Texas State pitcher wasn't throwing with a lot of velocity, but kept the game close through the first part of the game. It was fun to watch Osterman a couple times come out and visit the circle.

Knight - I wanted to say a big THANK YOU for posting all of the clips recently. Maybe you could lay out (in another thread) on how to make these gifs? How are you getting the video?

You're welcome.

On my computer, I access espn3.com (or watchespn). espn3.com requires you to have your userId/password for your cable service provider. I have TWC (Time Warner Cable), so when I access espn3.com for live or replay events, I have to authenticate by selecting my cable service provider, then entering my userId/password. Another nice thing about watchespn is if you have an apple tv, there is a watchespn app that allows you to watch espn content on your regular tv.

1. espn3.com
2. select the replay tab.
3. select "softball" as my sport in the drop down list.
4. select the event I wish to view. The selected event will open and play in an external pop-up browser window.

Quicktime Player has an option to record your screen. You access it from the menu bar, File>New Screen Recording. A Screen Recording dialog box will open. Press the "red" record button. At this point you can record the entire screen, or use your mouse to create a bounding box around the section of your screen you wish to record.

5. use Quicktime Player to record (screen capture) the content, when finished recording, click the stop button. The recorded content can then be saved to the file system as a .mov file.

6. Once the .mov file is saved, open it with Quicktime player. From the menu bar, select Edit>Trim. The Trim feature allows you to clip the specific content you want, then save the trimmed clip.

7. With your trimmed clip, saved as a .mov file, use your normal gif making process.

You need a Mac to record video? I only have an option to record audio on my PC.

Sorry, I didn't even think about that. I have a Macbook Pro and I run Windows under a VM. I did a Google search for Windows screen recorders and got several hits, but since I use QuickTime on the Mac, I don't have experience with these Windows screen recorders, so I don't have a recommendation. Maybe a Windows user can chime in on a good screen recorder.
