A level shoulders swing won’t go far. The shoulders should be “allowed” to become tilted. An objective to swing with level shoulders will result in the hands 'disconnecting'.
Honestly … If I were working with this girl the first thing I’d do is introduce her to her “hands”. She currently doesn’t have the foggiest clue how to use them.

Benz look elsewhere for your advice. FFS is a jerk as you can see and he really doesnt know what hes talking about, His advice generally conisist of sequence blah blah blah and a grammar comment or two! Do yourself a favor ignore FFS. As you can see he isnt interested in helping he just wants to question you and every comment you make just to argue! He doesnt want to help you , he just wants to argue with you!
OK thanks, she has only played softball for about 6 months in total, She play's Volleyball & Basketball & never really showed any interest in softball till last year

Then getting the proper hand usage should be a cake walk for you. Honestly ... have you seen an HI hitter use their hands like this? I haven't.
