Bunted ball in fair territory contacts the bat on the ground in fair territory
NFHS Rules - Rule 7-4-13 says this is dead ball, batter out, all runners return to original base. Umpire said a non-moving bat is part of the field of play. In addition., it is possible with the backspin that this ball could have rolled foul if not for the bat.- PlayPerfect

Can OBS occur after a runner passes home without touching it
Runner misses home on their way past it. OBS then occurs by a fielder who does not have a ball and is not making a play on the ball. Is this OBS? Is it impeding their baserunning progress?
