Can you tell me if this young lady is pitching with correct IR mechanics? I am happy with her arm and hand positions through the circle, but would love some of your expertise.

Maybe he didnt pay his pager bill.
Maybe you would have better luck in getting BM's attention by using a pitching silhouette instead of a bat.
