Why must I resort to custom glove builder just to get a simple black glove?

because my DD won't even consider an all black glove. I am guessing that their research says that this thought is pretty common with teenage girls.

Rawlings and Wilson both make primarily black gloves for OTC sales in their upper models. Mizuno makes a primarily black glove in their mid-range glove. I know both Vinci and Nokona carry black gloves too.

My daughter's biggest complaint about her custom black Rawlings Pro Preferred is that the color stains her fingers when she sweats.
