I like staying in your posture/ spine angle teach/ feeling until contact then the posture is released. I believe this can be very easily overcooked.
I think this comes under style (some do it) but not an absolute.
Overcooked and batter will be popping out to the 2nd basemen. LOL

This is totally rediculous in my opinion. The body will react on its own in a natural way. It's not something that you have to force to happen. Imo
