Whe does new inning begin?

ASA rules when does the new inning begin in a timed 1;20 game? last out previous inning or first pitch new inning? thanks

New inning starts as soon as the 3rd out is made in the previous inning.

We have a no new inning starts after 1:40. DD is in the circle, down by 2 with less than 10 minutes left. We need a 1,2 3 inning to have a chance. DD walked the 1st batter in 9 pitches. Was about 8 pitches into the 2nd batter so the game was over. Next pitch lineout to SS, doubled runner off. Next pitch lineout to DD, we made the time limit by 1 minute. Still lost but we had our chance.

We made 3 outs in less then 30 seconds.
