What's your softball coaching wagon setup?

Interested in how other coaches carry, haul, lug all the $#!+ we have to carry to and from the fields. What "mods" have you done to your rides (aka the wagon)?

We aren't back playing yet so I dont have a pic. But usually mine is:

Wagon (Costco)
3 buckets of balls, wiffles and my crap inside
My glove,cooler and fungo stuffed in corners
2 bownets laid on top of the buckets
Hit stick
Stadium seat or Tommy Bahama chair (for wifey) laid on the bownets
All strapped down with bungie cords

+ DD gigantic catcher bag carbined to the back like a caboose rolling behind
*Optional (if Im feeling nice to my kid after catching 2-3 straight games)

Oh and the occasional hernia that is an add on feature.

Post a photo of your "ride"...I need better packing ideas.

I wish I taken a picture.....

played a team last summer and the coach had a basic “Costco wagon”, and then created a simple frame out of pvc pipe that sat inside it. It provided a couple higher rails that he could use hooks to hang buckets, bags, etc.

TB I can see that...but in Rec ball or All Stars Rec, Id be waiting for ever for girls to arrive on time and barely get set up in time. "Oh.. Sorry...we had something we had to do and were running late." - says half the team every game.

Can't really do anything about it...everybody has to play the same.

At least distribute 2 balls to each player to keep in their bags. Mark the balls if you want to make sure you get them all (most) back. That will get a bucket or two out of your wagon. Then your players will have no excuse for not playing catch outside of practice, not starting pre-game warm ups when you're running behind, and not keeping their gloves in good shape by having a ball in the pocket when they shove them in their bags.

I've been building this electric beach cart over the last week or so. Waiting for a few parts to arrive to complete then we will use at the beach and at tournaments.
