Looking to purchase a pitching machine for the upcoming off season indoor training season but want one we would be able to use outside come spring as well. Anybody have any recommendations, pro's con's etc etc...

Thanks

We have the Jugs softball pitching machine that uses dimpled balls that are the same size and weight as game balls. It's expensive (over $1000), but good. In the past we have used a machine with lightweight hollow rubber balls but it wasn't very good outdoors because even a moderate wind would push the balls all over the place.

Look into the Hack Attack Jr. Throws up to 60mph this is a 3 wheeled machine very accurate and repeatable also throws curves drops, screwballs, changes. can adjust low and high pitched with a turn of a crank very portable Can also be used for fielding drills. Cost is a bit pricey though 1,800
