Utah Utes continue to impress me

I told my DD last year that the Utes have a new facility, are building their program, and may be a PAC 12 force in 5 years. Well, that might happen sooner.

After being swept in their first two conference series by UCLA and Oregon, they have won their last four PAC 12 series vs. Stanford (2-1), Cal (2-1), Oregon State (3-0), and Arizona (2-1).

Just looked at their schedule. They play at Arizona State this weekend, and finish the season vs. Washington at home. They could also win their last two series. Wouldn't that be something? Anyway, I'm impressed.

So the Utes took the series from Arizona State, 2-1, in the Sun Devils' house. They've won their last 5 PAC 12 series, broke into the ESPN/USA softball poll, and have this coming weekend off. I am impressed. They can easily finish #3 in the PAC 12.
