Anna Miller went to Siskiyous, a northern California JuCo. Video of her...pitching starts around 1 min. Is that the dread HE?

Might be the HE follow-through, but it ain't the HE-style of pitching. All one need to is look at her arm between 9:00 and release to see she's NOT a HE-style pitcher.
Now there is an "HE style" of pitching? What does that mean?
It seems to me she has good drive mechanics, a good whip action, but ends with HE.

While most HE-style pitchers finish with the elbow pointing at the catcher, I don't see the "HE-style" as a focus on how the arm ends up after release as much as I see the pushing of the ball from 9:00 through release.
Yup, that's right, there are a lot of IR-style pitchers out there that finish with the elbow pointing at the catcher, but they sure as heck aren't true HE-style pitchers.
