Two questions for the more experienced out there. First my DD has been wearing Easton Rivals gear and likes the light weight and easy mobility but she has outgrown her shin guards. She does not like the sets that have the three piece knee so I need suggestions on some replacements. I know Schutt and Easton Mako have the plain style knee she is looking for. Any recommendations?
Second is about pop time. I know it is not an exact science but what is a good range for a first year 12U catcher (03)? She has dropped from 2.3 to 2.0 since the first of April working with a great instructor. Of course these times come from perfect conditions and knowing she is going to throw. In game situations I have not timed her but you can see the difference in the number of runners she is getting out.
