It seems very interesting, and has stuff in there that I have come to think I'm supposed to be moving towards.

The 'before' swing is pretty bad.

Can't say I'm a big fan of the 'after' swing either.

Yes, I saw Epstein referenced and linking to this.... What do you think of epsteins instructions? He is here in Denver....which might help with DS....

mostly in this example is a hitter using his hands to swing around his lower body....the lower body should be setting up an inside throw of the hands by clearing - more like this

Agree with MTS. The lower body in the boy's Epstein-ish like example is poor.

What about the upper body. The arm positions... that lead elbow? His back tricep? nailed to his rib cage coming into the swing? Things I'm looking at to work with DD on. I clearly see your refernce to the footwork not looking good. Are they maybe trying to focus only on the upper body portion throughout this video?

I would find a different video model. All I can see is the "before"; I don't see much "after".

Curious to what specific aspects of her swing you really like that all batters should work on improving?
