Team Videos on Internet

Does any of the staff, or parents, take videos of your Team games, or practices, and post them on the Internet?

Is this just a bad idea to begin with? If it is OK, how should it be gone about?

You can easily put them on Youtube and restrict them to whomever you want them to be available to.

I make a video of our first 4 practices and make copys for each girl to take home and take notes. After a week they give me there notes of the video and then i compare to my notes. They enjoy watching thereselves up close.
