Sport Psychology Curriculum-Useful?

Would you coaches out there find it useful to have specific sport psychology "lesson plans" that you could facilitate into your practices? They would be broken down into age group, so each division would have different topics, activities, and ways to apply them depending on the age category of the team.

Something like this. This is obviously an oversimplified example:

Introduce Imagery
-teach them what it is.
Imagery activity
-catered to age group
Apply to sport
-teach how to integrate into sport life
