Looking for opinions on using a sock bat as a teaching tool....a knee sock with a tennis ball stuffed into the toe.
Is this a decent tool for teaching: 1)connection of bat to hips and shoulders 2)shoulder tilt needed for level bat path to ball 3) importance of upper front arm and elbow orientation in moving the bat to the ball path?
