Seems like a simple situation but there were many differing opinions. Runners on 2nd and 3rd with 2 outs. Batter hits ground ball to F5 and the runner on second proceeds to run into a tag for the third out. Is the runner from 3rd scoring a timing play since it wasn't a force out? Not sure if it matters but the batter/runner had not reached first prior to the tag.

Yes it is a timing play. Had the throw been to 1st that was a force but the runner going from 2nd to 3rd is not a force out so timing play on whether or not runner crosses plate before other runner is tagged out.

Not a force at 3rd, nor at 1st for that matter. As long as the runner reached the plate prior to the tag at 3rd, the run is scored
