There is no link to any current ASA rulebook. It is made available to coaches when an organization registers ASA. For parents and observers it is locked away securely in secret vaults at Area 51 and Hangar 18 at Wright Patterson. I'm sorry, I've already told you too much...

The ASA Rule Book is considered a benefit of membership. Want the printed version, register as an umpire or a team. Otherwise, you need to pay the $4.95 fee for the app.
