A collapsing lead arm will often cause pre-mature wrist roll.

I don't recall seeing video of your daughter, so we can't say that this is the issue for sure ..... but one of the lead causes for collapsed elbows is a failure to use the hands appropriately at swing initiation, which promotes the building of structure along the forearms.
