Recording Daughter's Pitching Instruction

I have the opportunity to record my daughters next hour long pitching session with her coach. What are your preferred angle(s) of recording for examining the footage later? Would you set up the camera in one specific spot or move it to various angles throughout the session? Thanks.

Best angle is from her front side, between home and 3rd for a rightly.

Others would be in front, home, and behind 2nd.
