Rant/Q's about Guest... etc... opinions?

Unless she's an amazing talent in the field, 1-for-8 isn't going to keep guest #2 in the regular lineup for very long.
It's just the 2nd of May. At this point, coaches should still be focused on developing and building teams that'll be able to compete well once the summer tournaments begin. If a player is consistently weak at her position, then coaches really only have 2 options: 1) work to coach her up or 2) replace her.
If your DD needs more innings in the circle, she can always guest for another team.
