The "girls", I mean parents need to do theit part with emails and phone calls. But a Recruiting Coord is beneficial. When it is a coach their time is split. If you are a new team that doesn't have all the ties a lot of the organizational teams have emailing and calling coaches will take up a ton of time. So having one person that dedicate the time and effort it takes to get the relationships going with coaches is crucial. And yes, if you are trying to push so so talent to D1 schools it will be noticed and word will spread.
