I had the opportunity to sit down with Cat Osterman, pitcher for the University of Texas at Austin softball team and Olympic Gold (2004) and Silver (2008) medalist. Learn about Cat's illustrious softball career and how she transitioned from a player to a coach.

As a general rule, under Fair Use you can copy a paragraph of something. But not an entire article.

Great article - thanks; I'm going to share this with DD. Her biggest fear playing varsity as a freshman (fall season) was also a fear of failure and not being able to hack it as a freshman (and having everyone hate her as a result and thus dying alone some day with way too many cats - pitchers, I've found, tend to think big). It is inspiring to see that even the best of the best have this fear and can (clearly) overcome it.

I'm seeing a lot of internal rotation. And seems to be more snapping than just the wrist on that delivery. Cat got some moves. LOL
