Yesterday I had 9 girls for a 10U practice. After throwing and
a stretch/run, we did 3 hitting stations with only 2 adults and it
was a great practice. I supervised t workwhile running a bunting station,
and assistant did soft-toss. We ended the practice
with 10 swings from my glorious pitching. Each girl got 2 turns/station and we squeezed in
a fun game at the end. I prefer 4 adults for 10U practice to keep it smooth though.

There is a lot of good things in this thread. I think the only thing to add is to make sure you are organized - plan ahead and have more to do than you can cover in practice. I write to plans, one is a master detail covering the days we practice and specific skill sets to work on. That way I can see if I have a solid and logical progression. Then I write a daily plan usually a day or two ahead so it stays current on where we actually are. Try to map out your practice space so YOU dont spend time trying to figure out how you need to set up to accoplish whatever your working on. It will keep you one step ahead of the practice. If you pm me I will send a plan from a season as an example.
