When it comes to player development, how much more effective is team practice vs working on skills individually?
Seems like these multi state nationals teams do fine collecting studs from several states and plugging them in come tourney time.

I personally feel that working on skills individually is far more beneficial than team practice. Of course there are some things that are difficult to work on individually but for the most part training individually is the way to go if you the parent can actually teach.
I can take my daughter to a local hitting cage and hit a 100 balls easily in 45 minutes, or she can field 100 balls in 45 minutes. Pretty hard to do that when you got 15 girls at a team practice
