On the issue of when to push the button on the Classic Pocket Radar; the best thing to do is watch the front foot. It is moving much slower than the arm. If you TAP the red button like the spacebar on a computer just as the pitcher plants their front foot it will get the release speed right out of the hand. I will look into changing the web-site because "right before the ball starts to move" is a little too ambiguous.
Let me know if anyone has any questions or wants more details on what it is doing and how the triggering works on the Classic model.
Please let me know if there is ever anything at all I can do to help with any questions or issues.

I just received my new Pocket Radar (Ball Coach model). Prior to purchase, and based on Chris's posts, I emailed him requesting a promo/coupon code, which he promptly provided. I went through the entire checkout process and missed where to enter the promo code. My order went through without the promo discount. I emailed Chris and he immediately credited my paypal account. It is nice to do business with a company who's leadership is so very focused on the customer experience and customer support. Thanks Chris.
