If catcher calls time to speak with pitcher can the coach bring his girls off base for a conference as well. Player time out vs Coach/manager time out. In USSSA and ASA, what are the rules?

In all rulesets I am aware of except NCAA yes. As long as they do don't delay the game after the catcher is done talking to the pitcher.

In NCAA runners may not leave base unless the coach comes out for a defensive conference.
