Pitchers - Tape on finger?

NCAA rules are different. They allow tape on the fingers, hands, forearm etc as long as it is a neutral color.

I believe the same for USSSA rules - as long as there is an injury being covered and it is deemed by the umpire not to be distracting it is allowed

I was always told that the throwing hand of the pitcher could not have any modifications/additions to it an still be legal.....My daughter normally gets blisters.... Right now she uses super glue or new skin.


Hmmm. Wouldn't this be the same thing as tape? I'm not knocking someone doing it cause I don't think the girl should suffer, but visible vs invisible modifications still = modifications.
